Traffic Coatings
Issue: Parking decks can be subject to extremely corrosive and deteriorating environments that can be damaged by corrosive chlorides and freeze / thaw cycles. Moisture penetration is the most common element that can begin the corrosion process.
Solution: Traffic membrane installation forms a waterproof barrier to prevent the intrusion of moisture, salts and other elements necessary to start the corrosion process. The membrane also acts as a waterproofing membrane to protect occupied spaces below.

Concrete Restoration
Issue: Rebar corrosion can cause significant damage to concrete that surrounds it. When the elements that cause corrosion are present, the reinforcing steel can expand up to seven times its original size.
